Welcome to Carolina Tan & Wellness! Our journey started as a destination for vacationers, but we have evolved into something greater – a place where you can achieve a strong, healthy, and beautiful lifestyle. Our community is a testament to the transformative power of self-care. Here are some stories of how our wellness options have made a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients: We have seen individuals who were once reliant on a cane put it down and experience newfound mobility. We have had clients successfully continue their sobriety journey by utilizing our services as a valuable tool. And we have witnessed the power of self-care as our clients pour into themselves, allowing them to provide better care for loved ones with dementia. We are proud to offer wellness options that have made a significant difference in the lives of those who have experienced them.

Meet Our Team
Emily, Owner
Emily has been the owner of Carolina Tan & Wellness for over a decade. While she is a business owner, she first and foremost is a follower of Jesus, wife and mother. She is also a #1 Amazon best selling author, radio personality on a local morning show and part time princess for birthday parties and events. Emily is obsessed with fashion, thrift stores and karaoke so if you see her somewhere downtown in an interesting outfit singing some Shaniah Twain, you’ll know that she is living her best life.
Keith, Owner
During my 20 years in the construction industry as a heavy machine operator and truck driver, I watched my wife pour her heart and soul into this business. Finally after 12 years, and always knowing that she would succeed, I am blessed to say that I was able to quit my job and work full time with my wife, Emily, at Carolina Tan. Some days you may see me up on a ladder or hear me somewhere in the back with a hammer while on a rare occasion, I may even be up front taking care of you guys. Because of your continued support through the years, I am able to work our business from the inside! Thank you!

A horse riding accident changed my life. My career of 17 years was over. I was told I’d need to go on disability but I refused to believe it. I would walk again, I would hike again with my kids and most of all, I would ride (horses) again. I became a believer in alternative treatments; yoga/stretching, massage, chiropractic care, ice, heat. Don’t get me wrong, the pain was real–at time, unbearable. Hi! I’m a follower of Jesus and strive to live out my faith in all I do. I’m a senior in high school, where I serve as a leader in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I’m involved in both cheerleading and lacrosse and hope to continue cheering in college one day! Working at Carolina Tan & Wellness has truly been a blessing. I absolutely love my job— not just because of the fun and positive atmosphere, but because of the amazing people I get to meet every day! Building relationships with our clients and making them feel confident is the best part of what I do!
